Aeron Glover

Aeron co-founded how’s the living with Kaliv Parker in December 2010. He focuses on product development and marketing, while balancing his engineering studies. Aeron’s worked with FedEx, ExxonMobil, and most recently Google. He’s most passionate about online operations, brand management, and entrepreneurship. But aside from this he absolutely loves travelling. He’s been on recent stints abroad to Spain and China and looks forward to more trips.

His favorite thing about how’ the living: “We don’t work. We innovate. Using the word ‘work’ implies that a person would rather be doing something else. I love what I’m doing and there’s nothing else I’d rather be doing!”

Kaliv Parker

Kaliv's also a student-preneur and he oversees the operations and strategy of how’s the living.

A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Parker has worked with Nissan and Google, among others. And aside from entrepreneurship, Kaliv is an avid traveler and often enjoys spending time with family.

He describes the best moment of his life (“hands down!”) to be when he rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange (true story!)

Sridhar Sunkara

Sridhar heads up the technical end of how’s the living. He’s an active member in the community and Sridhar's strengths are in technology process innovations that build new revenue streams, engage users, expand information sharing outlets, expedite decision making, and create efficiencies in organizations.

Sridhar is a founding member and current board member of LaunchMemphis, an organization established for the city’s entrepreneurial community. Sridhar serves on various boards and technology committees, including Leadership Memphis, Leadership Academy, Memphis City Schools, InToOutdoors.com, and Mid South Reads.
